Experian is a joke
Very bad experience. I am just trying to login and they keep saying they can't verify my ID although everything I submitted was correct. They are not even giving me a chance to provide any further documents to prove them wrong.
Avoid at all costs
As soon as a I joined Experian my credit score went down -130 points for no reason at all. There is nothing on my report that indicates a reason for this drop. I checked other apps and my credit score remains stable! Avoid this obvious scam…

My score went down for literally no…
My score went down for literally no reason that I know of. From 832 to 751. I pay all my bills on time, but because I don't have a credit card, I can't improve my score, because even with 832, I got offered only terrible cards with huge interest rates. It's an absolute disgrace how a terrible company like Experian are lawfully allowed to affect your life. Scandalous

AVOID
I bought the Identity Plus subscription as my personal data got stolen. I urgently wanted to check my Fraud Report. After I entered all information and paid for the service, the website didn't work....it only said there is a problem. Please try again later. The problem remained for days and days. I tried to use the contact number but an automated machine only refers you back to their website. It is literally impossible to speak to a human being. I filled in their contact form but the reply is slow and not helpful. In fact there is no support at all. They only wanted more verification data but never fixed the problem....I did not receive any service but I got charged from day 1. I'm trying now to cancel my account and get my data deleted as I read that Experian was selling customer data to an Identity Theft Service...unbelievable!!! Just google it!

Do not give this company your card…
Do not give this company your card details! I asked them to stop debiting my account years ago. They continue to take £14.99 every month from my account. This month they have debited 3 lots of £14.99 from my card. It’s a new card that I didn’t give them the details for. They haven’t responded to my emails and as it’s a card payment, I can’t stop the debits. I literally cannot stop this company taking my money.

SCAMMERS
they still take your money 2 years after cancelling. zero support. When you do get to speak to somebody they tell you to contact your bank even though they admit taking the money fraudulently. Parasite company ran by scammers.

stupid company
stupid company. I went to see my report and according to experian, I have no credits, no loans, no addresses. there is literally nothing on there except a low credit score. How is this one of the biggest companies in the UK?

Nice idea but dreadfully executed
Nice idea but dreadfully executed. Difficult to navigate, glitchy, buggy website, they make it far too complex to do a very simple thing which makes me doubt their security and safety claims. Very frustrating.

Simply does not work
Simply does not work, impressively poor system
Don't use they take ur money for subscriptions but never able to log in
Been using this service for a number of years, old accounts not removed poor reporting service, unable to spk to anyone.
Then the dreaded unable to log in has happend every time I try to log in It tells me my account is locked and need to reset password have done this over a 1000 times now and still no access. Bet you still take the 15 pounds a month for a service that's poorly run by robots who you can not talk to to solve issues.

Data Breach Ignored
What a bad example of a company. Either staff cannot read or they ignore the facts.
They will sell your data but expect you to keep on contacting them to resolve "Issues" caused by their devious methodology.

Unable to speak to a human, automated systems that do not work
Awful company, no-one picks up the phone.
Tried to sign up for a free trial to obtain a credit report. The sign up process created a payment subscription but the account setup goes in a loop.
Unable to cancel the account online and no-one picks up on the contact number. Automated system that keep referring me to the website. Chatbox is also an automated system that is unable to cancel my new subscription.
No way of cancelling the product. I now need to contact the bank. What a waste of time.
